Since 2016, Crystal has provided operational and practice management support for behavioral health private practice owners. With over 15 years in the mental health field, Crystal understands both the clinical and business demands of running a practice. She offers tailored administrative support—ranging from billing and insurance credentialing to recruiting, onboarding, marketing, and financial management—designed to meet the unique needs and size of each practice, so owners can focus on client care with confidence.

Amber Sobotka

Amber has been a dedicated professional in administrative services since 2006, when she received her diploma in medical office assisting and began her career as a receptionist in a bustling ophthalmology practice. In 2010, she advanced to the role of surgical coordinator until 2020 when she left to join Touchstone Services. With a solid foundation gained from her diploma along with 14 years of previous experience, Amber brings an incredible wealth of coordination and expertise to our team!
